Allow ghosts to have a tog-gable xray vision

It would be cool for ghosts to be able to see a stations wires and pipes layout to help them learn how the station is laid out. Engineering goggles can already do that so I am assuming it wouldnt be that big a hassle coding wise? What do you think?

The "why not" in this case is because t-ray scanners affect everyone nearby, so ghosts would be interfering in the round.
We'd need a serious rework of how t-rays show the under-floor objects to allow this (not saying we shouldn't do that, mind, shared t-ray is dumb)
