if you put a knife or a shard of glass in the backpack it has a chance of cutting the backpack open every time you move. if backpack is cut it is deleted and all its contents spill onto the tile.
if you accidentally try to put a sharp item that won't fit in the backpack (like a claymore or an active esword) into the backpack it will cut the backpack open automatically
if there were any mousetrap-triggered grenades and shit like that they just harmlessly fall out

i always wondered what kind of welder the welding tool is. i know it's sci fi and all but it cant be an oxyfuel welder because theres no gas tank, can't be mig/tig because no gas tank and it cant be stick because stick doesnt need fuel just electricity plus it can be used for cutting which points toward oxyfuel.

if you put pure plasma into it that's too much energy released too fast
