So how is that any different from having a choice of options? Nothing is forcing them. If they want to do something different or fun unoptimized casual garbage, then why not let them?

Not really. Half the team would probably flip shit if a leader wanted to do gimmick instead of get the disk. They're kinda forced by the expectations everyone else on the team has. It's hard enough as a ops leader to just get people to not run off and get spotted.
