Idea to make toxins [B]etter
Make the bomb casings, which are made with plasteel, required to detonate a bomb. Just put the two tanks in and then set the timer. This makes bombs easier to counter since there's more of a warning with the beeping, however, they can still be remote-detonated if you check the bomb wires. It also locks bombs behind a bit of a mining gate- You can only make one to two bombs until mining gets back with plasma and metal. Only problem I can foresee here is that it makes smuggler's satchels shit because you can't put TTVs in them. Maybe make TTVs work for this also, just delete the roundstart ones and give them to traitor scientists for a certain TC amount and still allow them to be ordered via cargo, requiring player interaction to get them. Good idea or shit idea?
