Add a "sweatiness" parameter to spessmen that fills up from strenuous activity (mining, running, melee combat, repairs, etc). Every relevant action increases your sweatiness by 1%. So if you hit rock 30 times with a pickaxe, or place 30 floor tiles, your sweatiness rises to 30%.

At 30% sweatiness, your items of clothing show that they're covered in sweat.
At 60% sweatiness, a chance to drop an item applies to whatever you're holding because your hands are sweaty. The chance is equal to your sweatiness/10.
At 100% sweatiness, you start leaving behind sweat, wetting the floortiles you walk over.

You also create small amounts of water vapour, increasing the moles spawned as your sweatiness level increases.

Furthermore, sweatiness decreases your resistance to cold, but increases resistance to heat, so at 100% sweatiness you won't be harmed by a plasmafire, but a space walk without a suit will be lethal.

However, sweatiness rapidly diminishes in vacuum as sweat evaporates, and is also decreased on its own naturally, depending on heat and water vapour in the air.

Finally, as sweatiness level of a character decreases, salt can be gathered from their skin.

Antags get a special towel item for 5tc that can be used to instantly collect and transfer any amounts of sweat from spacemen to objects (coating a gun in sweat would make it slippy, like clown's pda, but also would give it a chance to slip out of a person's hands).

Boots are currently insanely overpowered and unbalanced cause you can store crap in them (probably dead mice too), this would be a great balance improvement.
