Replace random events with Automated Game Master/Storyteller

Too lazy to go into extreme detail over every behavior but turn random weighted events with minimal restrictions (I believe all we have is minimal round time/minimal population and a weight right now) to a more complex thing that would be described as a storyteller but not exactly a rimworld storyteller
It would take many factors into account rather than just 3-4 and be in control of random events, and admins would be able to adjust its danger rating/whatnot
In the future it could even control side/antagonists.

Thoughts and opinions?

And yes, I am aware that the last time we heard of "Automated Gamemaster" it was an April Fool's joke where we coded something to mash admin events every 5 minutes. This would obviously not be that system, or anything close to it, so do not panic.

Make it so that if enough people pray the name of an event/admin button it activates that event/presses that button

I can easily see this turning into the Director from Left 4 Dead: Absolutely hating the players and showing them what true suffering feels like
R. Andreas Spitzer or SpitzOS (or a random-named human) ingame. Usually somewhere in engineering, or pAI.

u guys are retarded, "automated game master" is just another name for "more intelligent random event picking." so that it's more in depth than just "pick random event from the pool of events that have had their time prerequisite pass already."

IE, it won't run communications breakdown if tcomms are already down. it wont run clogged vents 7 times in a row. it wont try to spawn a side antag (or will delay running a side antag spawning event) if there are no ghosts to play it. that kind of thing
