Voice changer mask

Currently it reads your ID and you have to toggle it on/off.
But I could just as easily make it that you can actually choose a voice (type one in) instead of it reading from your ID, which probably makes it quite a bit more useful.

Feels a tad too easy. I'd rather the voice changer had to acquire the voice profile from somewhere before it was used. You can already cheese the current ones by using an agent ID set to the name and rank of the targeted voice anyway.

Eh, my main motivation is that it's not used a lot right now, and it's not like this is a round-ending item, so a buff probably won't hurt.

I normally use it in conjuction with an agent card as any good player will catch you as soon as you speak if you don't have the right ID.

You're meant to use it with an agent card, miauw
