Tactical Infiltration Suit (sneaking suit) contractor item

hello im an ideasguy and i have no time left to code this, the idea of the suit is to allow contractors to do true tactical infiltration to kidnap. The suits unique functions are to have a fast speed while crawling (obviously not more than regular), no footsteps noise, probably fade in the dark? Another idea for its function could be agility, like give them the speed to do physical actions fast, lay down, get up, climb tables, maybe that quirk that allows you to go into lockers while crit, crouch jump maybe. The suit is obviously a mgs reference. i also think this should be buyable and contractors shouldnt come with it at the beginning. This could probably change in the future if it had more content,as in, different starter kits you can pick.

depending on if I do full antag I can do stuff like this but I need to be careful to either not making contractor just another traitor, or make this too much like ninja etc. If I do something entirely separate it has different enough from anything that currently exists

chamaleon kit? chamaleon proj? stealth kit? do we need another stealth flavour item? when humans can see 360° around them and will run away when someone walks into their personal space?
