Cargo apps for the laptop/tablet?

Post by Vekter » #524452

This is pretty simple in concept but I have no idea where to start on something like this. The QM starts with a tablet but doesn't really have much to do on it aside from power alarms and NTRC. So, an idea I had was to implement cargo apps. Specifically, one that could check bounties and one that functions as a portable cargo console. Maybe one for the express console, but I could see that being a balance issue.

This would be a nice addition, especially since cargo crewmembers move all around the station in order to secure bounties.

I'm similarly stumped on implementation, but I'd LOVE to see about making an app that would work like a "departmental" ordering app, where a head of staff can order crates using their departmental funds (With rejection/acceptance still handled by cargo). Granted, this was before the departmental card removal, but I think this change would be another way to get more money flowing through the economy.
