Fly the White Ship to the station

Idea from this github issue: https://github.com/tgstation/-tg-station/issues/7153

In compliance with what I can only assume as the old wiki's lore for the White Ship, we should be able to repair it and fly it to the station. Steelpoint said it wouldn't be too hard to make and I find his word reliable.
Personally I'm not really sure how it would be implemented beyond repairing the console at the front and providing it with power, but it could be a fun feature. Thoughts?

no offense intended but steelpoint has admitted several times that he doesn't understand much about the code :V

that said, i do think it's possible with carn's new shuttle system, although i'm not entirely sure how.

I think I've got it working. I'll do some more testing.

I'll currently make it that you can bring the NT Medical Ship (White Ship) up to the lower arrivals docking bay.

How does it fit there? Whiteship is huge, it's the size of cargo bay.

I love this idea. I can imagine cults starting by getting to the white ship and flying it back to take over. Super fucking cool.

It fully works now, right now you can only pilot the ship to the Lower Arrivals docking bay. You can't send it back to its original point but its very easy to add that function in.

However, the only problem I have is that internal corners will display space tiles beneath them if the ship is moved.

Either I have to wait for a fix to be made, or redesign the White Ship to be less smooth, which is sad.

What I don't understand (probably from not reading the PR or something), how does it compensate for positions of mobs before travel? The ship is obviously backwards from its original orientation before docking, so does it track some sort of relative location to the ship or ???

Well in the screenshot the MD was at the front of the ship by the pilot's computer, apparently after the ship had already been moved, so I assume it does move around mobs. Guess you could ask steelpoint in the PR or right here.

I should mention again but I flipped the ship around, I did this so that the ship can fit within the arrival docking bay area.

Always imagined there would be controls which could be altered to make the station go into the path of a asteroid field which would actually cause meteors to hit the station.

Bumping dead bread.

White ship is pretty fun, especially as a engineering department project.
The biggest thing missing though, is the fact you can't build machines on shuttle turfs.

You can build computers and airlocks fine, since you can build them outside the shuttle, and drag them on before wrenching them down. Machine frames however, are not consistant with this in that they can't be unanchored, meaning you can't build a true autism fort on the white ship.

If someone made a PR to make machine frames consistant with other frames (or just let people build shit on shuttle turfs) white ship would be 10/10.

Literally anything that can be wrenched into place can be dragged onto a shuttle turf and anchored anyway, so it's pretty dumb.

I think we can all agree that this feature has been a rousing success - requested, tested, put to the masses, carefully handled. The only niggling issue is no fault of the coder.

Would be nice if you could lock the cockpit console with a password. I do not really dare opening a shuttle service with it, some chucklefuck is going to steal it otherwise.

Best thing I could do is fix it so you can take out the board.

In fact I should do that anyway, its a bug where if you try to remove the board it gets deleted.

I remember a round where someone disassembled and reassembledd the console, it was broken afterwards and you could not fly the ship any more. Poor mime got flamed hard by his cult buddies until admins fixed it.

I thought about a password like that PDA-monitoring console in t-coms, maybe you can snatch that code
