An actual pAI

As mentioned in another thread, I threw out the suggestion that we should merge pAI with the PDA, since nobody ever uses it, and the functionality of it is so lackluster that it wouldn't overload the PDA.
But, what if you could take this even further?
What if you are a security officer, and you yell "bitch, warrants" and your device dutifully lists the crewmembers currently set to arrest?
What if you are the chief engineer, and you yell "asshole, crystal" and your device dutifully announces the current state of the supermatter shard?

What if we bring the modern technology of electronic assistants into a game about the future, building upon already existing fundaments like voice recognition and combine the comfort of today with the power of tomorrow?
