Psychic monkeys

After replaying some system shock 2, I realized it would be pretty damn cool to have telepathic, telekinetic monkeys in SS13.
Since they have telepathy built in, it would also allow them to communciate with the crew, even if they can't understand comms or the radio. Meaning that they won't get lynched either

would they be NPCS or player characters

if you're letting player characters vent crawl as psychokinetic monkeys you're going to get a kick up the taint dude

+1 to what nian said.

As for the subject of the thread, why not let genetic mutations manifest/work on monkeys? Currently, a monkey has to be in human form for any of their mutations (other than monkified) to do anything.
