NT Leadership Reprimands

"Captain Connie Domm, you were deemed fit to ensure station Bear Hub 80's productivity and security. So, can you tell me why exactly you commanded the evacuation of all personnel on the station within twenty-five seconds of NT warning about xenoform detection within Bear Hub 80's vicinity, leaving the entire station and all of its assets except the barman's beer closet unguarded for all Syndicate spies to plunder, including our experimental AI, all plasma stores and top secret Nanotrasen projects?"



The base idea would be to automatically jobban the heads of staff for like, just a round or two if they meet a certain threshold of shittiness and/or lostcontrolofthatbullshit-ness. Each failure would subtract a point or so, and if that point total is below a certain limit, then the reprimand gets doled out.

Valuable items (i.e. traitor targets) and need to be gathered up and on the shuttle
The AI should be carded and on the shuttle
Roundtime should be like, at LEAST 45 minutes or something. Disable this one during nuke, I guess.

I guess there should be some other shit too - bonuses, optionals, whatever:
The Genetics computers and R&D levels should be wiped (though I guess it's not too hard to envision an autopurge would happen sometime after depature, or something)
Bonus points for R&D levels on discs on the shuttle; same for clean powers?
Minor as FUCK points for cargo shipments of plasma, maybe?
Bonus points for living antags captured and in the shuttle brig.
Infinite points for Ian, obviously.

so people should get autobanned from captain if the admin decides to run a xeno event?

I kind of don't like this idea at all. It punishes players for losing control of the situation, and as we all know SS13 is a game where the situation always gets way out of control. Calling the shuttle 25 seconds after hearing the xeno announcement? Completely understandable as they almost definitely have a base set up and the ERT can't even hope to do anything about it. Not being able to get to R&D because it's on fire? The AI is rogue and shocked the doors? Giving people even bigger reasons to be powergaming tryhards with storing the objectives in the HoS's backpack with personal escorts?

Yeah no thanks. The game is way too chaotic to be able to do any of that, let alone all of it to not get auto-banned.
