Admin notification between servers.

Dunno how hard this is to implement, but I've seen numerous references to basil being overly light on admin presence, So I had a thought, Why not have basil Ahelps go through to sybil admins as an optional clickable dialogue when there are no admins to hear it.

An adminhelp has been made on basil heard by 0 admins with +ban

If I jump onto IRC and ping admins, or jump over to sybil, I can usually get admins onto basil.
If I just ahelp with no admins on, usually no admins appear.

Well there you go, Clearly there is a market for such a feature.

Now it's just a question of anyone deciding it's worthwhile to code, Which depending on the difficulty of the task I'd say if it's easy, make it happen, I don't into basil myself, but they at least deserve the basics of admin protections right?
