Disable restart votes

I say restart votes should be disabled. If there is really a serious enough problem, we can easily get an admin from either IRC or the other server.

Like just now. Shuttle is already enroute and will arrive soon. Assholes starts a reboot vote and it goes through since no admins were on.

keep them but raise required votes to a 2/3 majority.

It already requires over half the people in the round to want it to end - and abstainers count as a "no" vote. Restart votes are actually quite useful for when someone's murderboning on lowpop.

Nightingale, but in the reverse, they can fuck people over. The shuttle wouldve arrived in about 5 minutes. Instead of waiting it out, they decided to do a restart vote and restart the round.

Hey don't forget that restart votes are useful when the game breaks and no admins are around to restart. I've seen it happen a few times already.

For example, what are you going to do if the shuttle bugs out and never ends the round?

to be honest restart votes basically are already removed since ive only seen them pass maybe three times when the server has more than 5 people
no real point in removing them further
