New Auxiliary/Emergency Power Source

Fitness room should have a set of treadmills that generate power when you are on one at the cost of your nutrition bar. This will allow fat people to contribute to the station without being cripplingly slow for 2 hours. You could also handcuff greyshits to it to force them to be useful until they can escape. Whipping someone with the chain of command or cable coil will increase the power generated slightly for a period of time.

Why I think this should be added: It would be funny to me, provide a cure for "ate a burger 30 minutes ago now i can't walk syndrome", and provide the crew with a way to barely keep the lights on when the station decided to start with no engineers with engine/solars access, no one knows how to set up the turbine properly, and the heads of staff can't be arsed to do it/delegate it.
