If you are grabbing someone (or higher grab), if you target a limb and then hit someone with the grab (including the grabbed person themselves), the grabbed person attacks with that limb instead of you. If you are targeting an arm and they have an object in that arm, it uses that object instead. If you are aggressively grabbing someones arm that has a ranged weapon, you can then even shoot at range with it.

Guess you could make both hitting with held object and shooting require aggressive grab or higher. Just smacking someone with their limb would basically just be a punch with an alternate message.
Maybe if you're on help intent, it's a slap instead of a punch?
