Rotate view

I played on polaris once and it fucking sucked but the best thing was the spin view command it was always available and it rotated your view so say sec was on the left and escape was up top or some shit it was disorienting but it was FUN for that very same reason. It would be great to have it just to use as a challenge or some shit.
