We should import /vg/'s tarajans and place the same rules on them.

They are not allowed to kill, even in self defence (unless antag) (They can stun/cuff and run away.)
They are valid, always.

On /vg/station Cat Beasts were used solely as an admin punishment for shitty IC behavior that was borderline bannable.

Things that would generally cause me to catbeast someone would be that shitter chemist who would just pick the role to dump lube grenades everywhere or that prick dindu muffin greyshitter.

If I were to see that behavior and didnt see any recent history of it in their notes, I'd give them a good ol' beasten', call out their location in a Centcom report, and watch the lynching unfold. If the guy fought back pretty well I'd heal his victims and sometimes temporarily toggle his would be lyncher's invul flag on. If he was REALLY good I'd blow his limbs off and mock him in subtle pms.

Then I'd ahelp him and tell him if he pulled any of that shit again he'd get a ban and then I'd put the incident in his notes.

What you're asking for is honestly more of an administrative suggestion than it is a coding one. Would it go well with this community and player base? I dont think so.

1. Murder without proper reasons doesn't make the server as a whole more fun. "I must kill him, since he can be killed" is not entertaining for the majority. Adding a race specifically with the intent that they're murdered only furthers this toxic attitude.

2. Even if you implement a race as a joke, a purposeful "hard mode" or whatever, inevitably people will take it too seriously and get really salty when they die because they were disadvantaged. Lizard racism is a clear example of this.

IIRC they are sanic fast birds that can be picked and have Thermal vision to see mobs but can't see more than 4 tiles so it's like permanent welder vision.
