Modular encryption keys for borgs + constructable keys?

Pretty simple idea: give cyborgs modular encryption keys that are hardwired to their interface or something (so it can't physically be removed) that change based on the module the cyborg is using. IE: Engineering module would have an engineering key, security has security, etc. Makes communicating with your related department easier as a borg!

Also, make encryption keys constructable in batches of 3 or something and put them in lockboxes that the relevant department head/captain can open by default.

It's not hardcoded though, so you have to get a key and get the roboticist to do it.

I know you can change the keys (I've done it a few times as a robo myself), the whole point of my suggestion was to remove that need. :p

I think the encryption key needs to be tied to the type of borg you are (Janiborg and Serviceborg get Services :v channel), and you get it automatically when you change to that type (and lose it if you change out of that type).
