Very simple concept, right now the % chance of a round being something is

blob 3.2%
traitorchan 11.3%
double_agents 16.1%
traitor 16.1%
clockwork_cult 6.5%
cult 9.7%
extended 3.2%
nuclear 17.7%
revolution 9.7%
wizard 6.5%

Fuck that shit

I'd say just reduce the Traitor type possibilities by like, 5% each
So
Traitor Chan 11.3% > 6.3
DA 16.1% > 0%
Traitor 16.1% > 11.1%
And then with the remaining percentages do it like this
Rev 9% > 16%
Cult 9% > 16%
Clock work 6% > 13%
Blob 3% > 9%

Fuck DA

Then say "Fuck you, Extended" and knock 2% off that (From 3% to 1%) and add the rest of that to Wizard.

Another alternative way is to remove Traitor rounds and add a chance add a 50% chance that 1-3 people get added as a traitor.

Thoughts and shit? I'm not experienced with SS13 so it's properly shit as fuck.

Traitor-type rounds were deliberately weighted higher not all that long ago because people got sick of constant bloodbath TDM modes. Do you have anything against them beyond "fuck that shit"?

Also, those numbers are skewed taking into account late night games, where there simply isn't enough population for the Team Antag game modes.
