Make clown/mime masks voice changers

Then make the person under the mask the regular crewmember, but the ID stays as the clown name. That way the clown is still a regular dude on the inside but still talks like a clown. Opens the door to non-antag voice changer shenanigans.
Might be an awful idea, I don't know. Thoughts?

This would just lead to people reading WGW in other people's names or various other forms of not-quite-grief, which would be very frustrating since if the clown just sat in a random room in maint, none of their victims could do anything to stop them

That's not so much a problem with the proposed voice changer. Someone could already set their clown name to another players name and do it without the need of the clown voice changer. This doesn't act as a voice changer for any voice, just makes you sound like your clown/mime with their name but if you take off your mask you sound like your regular character (from what it looks like in the proposed)

I think it could be interesting, but I can't think of anything that it would actually be practical for other than removing their masks to shame them further.

Yeah this is good, it gives clown some unique shenanigans potential like the mime and an incentive to stick with the clown theme, should be instantly removed if you're cured of your clownishness by genetics.
