Says on the tin: admin only/rare/reeeeeeeeeeally hard to research components for machines
When you stuff a machine full of it it gains OP propertys
examples
Plant DNA machine: allows you to add any trait and change numbers to your hearts content
Microwave: print any food regardless of ingredients
Chem machine (sleepers too): allows you to make adminozine and ground up materials
Fabricators: print at insanely/no cost and instantly
Cloning machine: all powers, instant, and autoclones
ORM: MILLIONS OF ORE MILLIONS OF POINTS!
Recycler: goof recycler
Freezer/heater: guess
SMES: infinite power (maybe generate power?)
Life is too short for anything meaningful and too long for anything memeingful

Not a bad idea, actually. It means that, with a simple "fullmachineupgrade" button for admins, there's a hell of a lot of gimmicks/events that can be set up.

half of that stuff is already possible admins have a button called tweak component ratings and it goes a lot higher or lower then 1-4.

Sounds good, though that doesn't apply unique properties, just improves existing ones, by what I recall (with borderline cases, such as cloner scanning & processing etc.).
