Hulk Drug: craziest thing to hit the hallways
Introducing Hulk Drug:
crazy new street drug, Space Law policy should mean brig for possessing it. You get the strength of a Hulk, can snap handcuffs when you resist, 50% knockdown with every punch, grab intent with one click lets you throw people FAR, you aren't affected as much by stuns or flashes, break tables and walls and whatever.
This however, doesn't come with out its good pack of cons:
•toxin damage after use
•you collapse because 'your muscles are too sore'(for 30 seconds) after the effects wear off
•walk/run speed is decreased as if wearing a space suit
•you have mild audio/visual hallucinations
•punching walls or tables apart is quick but gives you damage(5 brute for walls and tables)
•no indication of taking damage besides health sprite
•you have high body heat and take damage for it occasionally unless you remove clothing(still get the 'you feel hot' message)
• slurred voice and a stumbling walk as if though drunk(while on the drug)
1 unit gives 30 seconds of all the good stuff, more than 8 units gives tox damage while under the effects but the effects stack, 20 or more units gives 30 seconds of God mode the after the 30 seconds massive tox damage, an exasperating series of seizures and vomiting and then crit.
Recipe: plasma+ethanol+mercury+carbon+sulfur= 4 parts Hulk Drug
In game messages while under influence of Hulk Drug:
"You feel powerful."
"You feel superior."
"You feel hot."
"You feel invincible."
"You feel you are being followed."
"You feel irritated."
"You feel more than rockstar!"
Yes, this is like a spacemans version of PCP(angel dust, wet, embalming fluid).
Any ideas for what it should be called, recipe credibility, pros/cons, lore, effects?

How about not giving the greytide a round-start instant-hulk that, given a small dosage, will allow to for massive but concentrated destruction that wears out just in time to make an escape before security gets there.

They're supposed to collapse and be in rest state, conscious but unable to move from the muscles hurting a ton, and the. When they get up it'll be the same as if they've been cryostung, slow and lumbering. The drug is toxic so they lose sight and have residual hallucinations. This should really be for traitor chemists who want to force a shuttle call. Well, I get you would want to curb those kind of crowds. But one cannot simply blaze the hulk drug. You must have it solidified and then snort it. I think the biggest problem with new drugs is that there are never any good ideas.

Honestly though, this idea is just bad. You even refer to it as God Mode in your opening post, so you seem to get how absolutely overpowered this is. It isn't even worth trying to balance it; is there really a need to make people hulk with a quick chem formula? If chemists want to bust through walls, they have thermite. If chemists want stun resistance, they have synaptizine. This hulk drug only seems good for causing mass chaos by having a bunch of super powered hulks running around grey tiding; as any decent chemist can take a few extra minutes to make a few mixtures that make themselves super robust without any of the negative side effects.

Uranium+plasma=Hulk reagent Alpha
Lexorin+pottasium+dexalin plus+uranium=Hulk Reagent Beta
Hulk reagent Beta+Hulk Reagent alpha=Hulk reagent X
since uranium is harder to get you must take some time to get it
and what if you make
if you punch glass to pieces you have 15%chance of getting a glass shard in you arm
which has to be removed by sugery
when punching a wall you receive 2 brute damage
pretty balanced now? it is taking risks to break things fast
