Description of what happened:
What happened? Shitcurity acting like shitcurity as usual by arresting people wrongfully, not investigating events properly and giving out shitty sentencing so I add to it suggestions about how shitty security is. Yes it was all talk and the the borg wordlessly comes in and causes trouble and puts in a very unreasonable sentence if there was actually any crime worth brigging for.
After that the borg again gives another unreasonable sentence. Even the attack on the officer was obviously not to kill but to defend me and the mime which would have come to a 5 minute brig sentence and definitely not perma.
Why they should be banned:
- 1. We’re all here to have a good time. If you’re intentionally trying to ruin everyone else’s good time, you won’t have a place here. Being a jerk in-character is fine to a point, but being a jerk out of character is not welcome at all.
- Not doing anything and then borg wordlessly comes in to stun and brig with an unreasonable sentencing before the whole thing continues. I will point out again that the borg started the whole thing. If shouting shitcurity was a real crime it would mean the brig would be overflooded with people every round.
- Security and Silicons:
It is not the AI's/Silicons job to follow space law unless the law being violated is causing harm. Don't just willy nilly bolt people down for theft unless ordered to.
No harm was caused whatsoever. - The Brig/Punishments:
Punishments should fit the crime. Beating someone with a baton for running into security is a very large stretch. Bucklecuffing everyone and stripping them completely while they're in the brig isn't going to make you any friends. If the person has been cooperative and hasn't tried to break out, it's better to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nobody enjoys sitting staring at the same spot for 5-10 minutes.

2. Punishment via throwing them into permabrig should fit the crime. Did what they did to deserve such a sentence effect anyone, really? Were they being harmful? Are they the kind of person who just comes back for more and more constantly?

[spoiler]Round goes on, people doing shit in the bar. Barman tries to stop them but ends up getting arrested instead while the assailant walks free. Not sure if it was because it is incompetence or not because I saw the barman and the assistant being cuffed by an officer and the borg at the same time. So yeah barman gets arrested and then I heard over the radio. While the guy that was attacking everyone was saying: "WHAT"S UP NIGGER" Obviously not in the brig at all. So yes, obvious shitcurity that does not bother with witnesses, evidence or whatever so while chilling in cargo. Immediately after that, secborg comes in wordlessly and does this. Comment that the shitty borg actually gives 10 minutes without mentioning anything about offences, space law or reasonable sentencing. Fortunately my tools were left with me and the mime came to help so we broke out. Que shitsec officer only knowing how to harass people coming to chase me and the mime despite the unlawful sentencing. And then the borg sends me to perma for an offence that isn't perma worthy at all for the rest of the round. Not to mention he deliberately closes the back doors to the perma break room so I actually cannot do anything with the rest of my round anymore if I wanted to.[/spoiler] Throwing a secondary description into the logs just makes them annoying to read and should be avoided in the future.
