Cynic OOC banning someone before admin PM isn't something that should have happened, the player was warned in OOC but the player might not have understood that Cynic was warning them as an admin.
Regardless, Ikoden was indeed spewing retarded bullshit in OOC as suspected so them being OOC banned is cool with me.
