if you ever wanted to take a ball cap off of someone you wouldn't have to shove them to the ground and handcuff them and wait for a progress meter to fill up. Hats and wigs without a chinstrap or something should be easier to knock off peoples heads.

Why This Would be Good for The Game: Make it easier to bully smooth-headed people for lulz.

I agree, but implement it by using *slap on someone while targeting their head. In the meantime, add being able to slap someone's cigar off by targeting their mouth/hand.

Manual hand twisting for backhand pushes turning into slaps, with the benefit that spinning your hand around a lot does some deflective double/single esword star-wars swordplay.
