Why you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I wasn't harassing or calling him a pedophile as was per the previous warnings. I think a permanent ban is a little harsh and think that a server ban from Sybil might be a little more appropriate. I don't have to like the guy and OOC is for exactly that, OOC conversations. I was poking fun at Typhnox for the previous drama and exempting people from bringing up previous drama is a bit much to regulate with the rules. Again I never called him any derogatory names nor did I bring up the previous drama, I was simply poking fun at him because I don't like him.
References of good conduct: Goonstation servers, I have no warns and have been playing on there aswell.

These logs haven't parsed yet but they're from round 196025. Technically I'm supposed to tell you to wait until the round ends, but it's not really going to change my opinion on the matter. You were told multiple times by multiple people to leave them alone and continue to harass them. It's clear you can't leave well enough alone.

The really funny thing? Had you just admitted that you screwed up and apologized, this would be a much shorter ban. But no, you thought I wouldn't read the logs.

I'm not unbanning you. Your intention was clear given how you worded the question and your response. If the headmins want to let you back in, so be it, but you were warned multiple times to knock it off.

This ban is upheld. Something that was not mentioned throughout this appeal is that this is your second account, with your first account being "Niceman47". You didn't intentionally obfuscate this information (same forum account used for both bans), but you appealed the permanent ban on that account here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=32740, and it was only lifted 30 days ago.

I'll lift your ban as I believe a person can change positively within a year and I can clearly see you are appealing in good faith.

Since it was lifted, you've gained at least one note every week on average. You did not change positively given a year away from the game. This incident, the notes prior, as well as you being right off a permanent ban does not compel us to overturn your ban.
