Your side of the story: i posted transformation gifs from the critically acclaimed video game "changed" and Omega had a needless overreaction to it (probably because he thought the person in the gif was a child due to the devs artstyle when he is confirmed to be 23). nobody else reacted this disturbed to the gif in question. polcon was pretty calm until he inserted himself into it. no one pinged discord jannies.

Why you think you should be unbanned: i think this does not majorly break any rules.
First of all: this gif is not against the discord ToS. this gif has stayed up on tenor for at least 2 years and pops up the moment you search "changed" in the gif search. Porn is banned on tenor.

as per rule 8: NSFW must be clearly labled as well as spoilered.
what counts as not safe for work? whose work? what if we all work with DragonSnow (developer behind changed)? these are the questions i ask myself every day. i do admit i should have spoilered the gifs. but is this an issue to mute for 14 days over?

is it porn? i do not think it is. as i have previously stated, porn is banned on tenor.
changed is labled as "sexual content" on steam. but do you know what else is labled as that? some examples include Atomic heart and GTA san andreas.

regarding the facefucking allegations:
which part of it is face fucking? no genitals are involved. if you think this is face fucking then feeding tubes might as well be face fucking too. it is merely fusing with colin as fast as possible. this includes forcing itself down colins throat.

1. Just because something exists doesn't mean it doesn't break the rules - neither tenor nor discord are omniscient services, and as such cannot perfectly moderate their own platforms. Although whether it breaks discord TOS as well is up for debate, I think it's a little too NSFW for our server.

   according to Techopedia (https://www.techopedia.com/definition/2 ... -work-nsfw) which was the first answer I found online, NSFW content is content that "is not suitable for viewing in a work environment or near children, usually because because of sexual or other explicit content." It also mentions that what is and isn't NSFW is subjective, but with the power invested in me as a discord jannie (the power to microwave a minute hot pocket in 59s) I would say that a man in boxer briefs getting some brotein by a cute slime pouring it down his throat is NSFW/moderately sexual.

I'm not disappointed that you would make an appeal over this, since I didn't really have high hopes for you anyway, but it's kind of just reinforcement of those negative views instead.
To be completely honest, timonk, the amount of times in recent history that I end up deleting your posts or giving you minor timeouts without noting them should be concerning to you, because they're certainly concerning to me
please make a better attempt at following the rules on our discord server, as this 2-week ban can very well be one of those "last warnings" if you don't make any effort to improve or Change yourself

Posting in your own peanut is a bad idea:

none of you understand it. it is THE note to double down on. nothing speaks against it. if i succeed it will be legendary, if i dont i will get a vacation from discord, which is good too.

Ban appeals is not for birthing legends.

If you agree the break from discord would be good then I don't see what else is needed on our end.
