postive vibes thread
Did you do something nice for the people around you?
Sometimes I'll stop what i am doing to help a new player with learning a job and that brings more satisfaction than anything else.

Don't mind Singful, he's just going through a hard time and feels the need to take it out on others. Some day he'll look back and regret being abrasive. But it's okay, we can forgive him now.
I try all the time to do nice things for people. People always need a leg up, especially personally. People online often can be desperate or going through hard times, but nobody wants to intervene or help, and/or they feel unable.
Just being there to be nice, rather than saying "oh go see a therapist" makes a big difference. You can't be there forever, but dedicating some of your own time to try and trying to sincerely care helps a lot. Sometimes it can re-orient people or give them new perspective. If nothing else, it shows random people do care...
Anyways, being nice is a good thing.

I consider myself a /tg/station historian. If you're interested in the server history at all, feel free to ask me and I'll try and get you an answer! #ConcurForever

I love these.
Remember to eat, don't skip meals. Remember to hydrate. Try to leave the house every day, even if it's for a couple of minutes for some fresh air.
You got this

The above is true. Keeping a water bottle near your work area, or taking a chance to grab a cup of water on bathroom breaks is gucci.

Re: postive vibes thread
I made air fryer churros yesterday and they were pretty darn good. Super easy to make, hardest part was piping, although rolling them into little sticks probably would have also worked. They don't keep well unfortunately.
On an SS13 note I find that a good way of introducing yourself as a kind of mentor is to find someone who's not going anywhere in particular and looks kind of new if they're lost and need directions. Then you get to show them all the neat little interactions that would have mystified you as a new player, like noogies and carving statues.
