The meaning of the last line was because the post he commented on in r/teenagers was a men's rights post about a male teenager who committed suicide due to a false allegation of rape. His digg account has "MRA" in it which means "Men's Right Advocate". Nobody would say it's creepy for a feminist to support the rights of female teenagers, it's only because they were being sexist against men.
