Then explain the ban that happened when some chef made detective burgers, because to me it seems like they were explicitly banned because this doesn't advance their 'frame a crewmember' or 'survive' objectives. It seems like those objectives are very real constraints on what the antag is allowed to do!

i think the vast majority of (successful) antagonists have learned to adapt to a very mobile playstyle because thats the best way to deal with being hunted down and outnumbered, you automatically avoid most confrontations but you have no hard assets that you can consistently take advantage of, youre more reliant on whatever you pick up from this nomadic playstyle.

I think that this is a very excellent little write-up; I haven't considered this much before, but unless my base is VERY VERY secluded or secured to an insane degree, it really has been a nomadic antag sort of dealio. Cut off by your own department once loud, forced to scrounge materials— it's really quite fun, and yes, one of the only ways I've been able to succeed, but I do wonder if I COULD set up a base and still win as antag sometime... Inspirational.

Because some antags are restricted to how and when they can kill and others are not, also some antags have different objectives that can warrant RRing and some do not.

a pro / anti skub "event" is bottom-of-the-barrel effort and quality, sure, but it's also a genuine attempt nonetheless at doing something interesting with your antagonist status beyond just being a NPC following preset objectives. We (administrators) should foster this and seek to see it improve, rather than stamping it out fervently for not being perfect from the get-go.

i assumed it was an event too. but what the station trait does is spawn everyone either as pro skub or anti skub. pro skub have pro skub stickers and anti skub have anti skub stickers
