Why should this appeal be accepted?:Let's look at the facts. there are three main facts: I was banned without a single message from the admin, I was banned in the next round during a lonely game on miner and I was banned for rule 8 during Valentine's day + how did I escalate to Perm if the admin did not write to me at all? And today, exactly two months later, I want to say that in short, I probably overdid it, but I realized it only later. And there are three main reasons why I overdid it, but at the same time I am aware of my guilt: 1. I looked at the github and saw the issue, which in my own words expresses my surprise that this Valentine's day event is a little strange and generally leads to strange interactions. In short, it was written in my Valentine to do EPP in dormitories and I organized a massive naked party in dormitories, and then we were blown up with a grenade. Now it seems strange to me, but then everyone was doing some bullshit, fucking this Valentine's Day should be removed altogether. 2. The second fact is that a long time ago I was banned for EPP on CM SS13, but a month ago I was banned and everything is cool, I took into account all the mistakes and generally I will not give anything else. Of course, it was a little falsified and unfair, but in any case, I am not familiar with such a topic and in general, well, everything is OK 3. The third fact is that I do not and have never had access to any SPLURT or Blue moon on any of my accounts in my entire life, because well, I fucking condemn it, but it's their personal business, but I've never logged on to these servers and it seems to me that even those who banned me have access to these furry and erp servers, but I have nothing to do with it at all. Any of my servers are servers where you can shoot, blow up and have fun in the slaughterhouse, that is, TG Terry, CM SS13 and Civ13 TDM. And so I was banned from Terry, but I'm not a mixer at all, not even once. Yes, yes, I prefer women and do not even support LGBT people (Although you will probably take this as a minus, but I do not condemn anyone). The only thing I'll agree with is the fact that I didn't message you, that was a mistake and I should have checked whether you were online before banning.
However, this would have not have affected my judgement.
Rule 8 is something that's very harsh on people, especially when you go straight to sexual assault on two people.
This was not something that could be mistaken to be ERP, this was outright ERP and not only that, nonconsensual ERP. Someone was very uncomfortable with this.
I am rejecting the appeal, there is no vouch I can see.
However, this would have not have affected my judgement.
