I'm glad he at least apologized. That's more than 99% of doxxers are willing to do, since doxxers are typically the scum of the earth.
I'm surprised his blacklist got lifted though? Poring over his other forum topics, it looks like his last blacklist appeal was only a month and a half ago, and MSO denied it pretty fervently: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=36031
I wonder what happened since then, and why it was lifted without a public ban appeal. I guess he sent a heartfelt plea to MSO in DMs or something?
