Your side of the story: I was drunk and forgot to stop dragging the monkey chock full of everything I was trying to make a vaccine for.
Why you think you should be unbanned: It was a honest mistake and I had talked to the banning admin In-Game, but I think the server bug with bans reapplied it.

Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2014-08-11 18:31:37 (PST maybe?)

Technical issues caused the ban to be reapplied as you'd guessed.

Shouldn't be in place anymore.
