I think this was an example given by sticky during one of his headmin runs, basically its just a round where its made clear that rules 2 & 3 are not in effect.
I think a round where everyone piles into a voice channel to accuse each other of being valid while ooc fills the chat window would be pretty funny.
Ideally done during with forced nukeops or revs or something just so dynamic doesn't roll heretic 5 times and nothing else.

I think this event idea could be very fun. Screaming "HELP MAINT" in VC with the boys for a round or two sounds like a great way to build up the community.
Only possible downside could be that if 2/3rds of the server are not confident enough/too underage to VC it could lead to some exclusion? But then OOC exists so they could just use that.
Overall 10/10 I will be there.
EDIT: If multiple rounds are done of this someone should force war ops. So the TDM can be done with proper real-time voice communication.

Dunno how well it will work but as a 'lets try it and see' approach, why not. Rounds antags need to be custom, nukies and wizards might work, anything needing stealth is sunk and anything that cant handle location reporting is sunk. Send bunches of OP player squads i guess?

Should also clarify a stance on using the meta info ; e.g. if you kill the wrong person its probably on the killer rather than on the person who gave any false metainfo (which would be hard to track down).

In light of basically the last four months I am going to guess I am the only player on /tg/station who isn't metacomming constantly, so this wouldn't really be an event.
