I know I am late to the party but considering the shortage of isometric RPGs this deserves its own thread.
It took me some time to start playing this properly because of the difficulty but now I'm hooked.
The world is done right. I like the art style too.
>need rags to make molotovs
>barely anyone sells 1-2 rags
>need tailoring to turn fucking armor into rags
I'll admit I am a bit mad

Re: Underrail
I haven't played it in quite a while, so I'll be a lot's changed, but I enjoyed it.

Re: Underrail
You can just avoid Sentry Bots early, thought that might be hard without stealth.
Otherwise you can just use one EMP grenade and run away.
The main lesson in the game is to fight bullshit with bullshit.
Traps, grenades, running out of the level. Cheese is fun.

Re: Underrail
Just finished the Gauntlet. It is a series of arenas filled with danger that you need to speedrun, there are other racers and if they make it to the end before you, you get rekt.
At first I had the wrong approach, which caused me to fall behind the other runners which made the last level important, but I just started it again and it was fun.
There is also a standard Arena with gladiator style fights, mostly 1v1 in the end, since every RPG needs these, but I liked this too, didn't kill the last guy yet.
also, nice soundtrack
