Half of tiles on screen are black

I'm only having this problem on tg servers. Half of the tiles on the screen are just pitch black and I have no idea how to fix it. Looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/1odHS

Sometimes happens to me if my laptop is using resources for something else, usually fixes after restating SS13.
