Description of what happened: This Ulric Stough fellow walked up to me as I was playing the arcade machine in Escape and stabbed me in the eyes, then walked away. Some more toys later, he arrives again, smashes a booze bottle over my head, lights me on fire, then stabs me a few times. I get up and disarm the bottle, he scrams. Fall into crit, he comes back to whack me a few times, but security arrives and I get healed. Adminhelp, but no admins, so eh. Another few toys later he arrives once more, repeats the bottle smash, which kills me this time. Not a word out of him this entire time. I get dropped off at Genetics and never cloned for the remaining 30-odd minutes.

Logs also show he was either not a cultist, or ratting them out anyway, in which case consider this a ban request for antags instead.
Why they should be banned: Non-antag murder.
