We have a lot of people on manuel who create our RP opportunities, and we have just as many who either don't bother trying to RP, or who try, but just aren't able to RP at the level we'd like. Roleplaying rules are a joke to begin with. To really solve the issue, the next round of headmins will have to rethink the implementation of anything MRP related on /tg/ and not just copy-paste rules from somewhere where the playerbase has a different mentality.
