Re: What happened to NTstation?
Sadly, the server that was hosting it was shut down, and most of the maintainers of the codebase either lost interest or went missing. Many of the features that were added to it are being ported back to the main /TG/station codebase over time, however.

Re: Sprite Requests
Wooo, I'm back from the dead. I'm going to be trying to do some of these requests over the next couple days, seeing as finals are almost over and I have a bit more time on my hands. I need mouse pointers, a lot of mouse pointers. High priority: - Humans (stylized like the 'midnight' default UI) - Mo...

Hey folks. I'd like to express my gratitude to all the folks in #nanobus, all the contributors on GitHub, and of course the Artyom playerbase for making /NT/station and Artyom a great project. It's sad to see this codebase go, but I hope that the innovations we made here serve the rest of the Space ...

Re: Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
Alright, how about a variable? If it's set to 1, it appears below the suit. If it's set to 0, it appears above the suit. Also, added a poll.

Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
This suggestion is very basic. Simply move the belt layer below the suit layer on the mob sprite. To illustrate my point, take a look at this picture: http://puu.sh/9GEyr/f6848cac79.png The detective on the left is after the belt layer is moved down, the detective on the right is how it looks right ...

Re: Just started making sprites
In addition to Nien's advice, here's a few pointers. If you want to make sprites for Space Station 13, you'll want to make them 32x32. There are a few exceptions such as the singularity, Nar'sie, and a few others, but for the most part everything is 32x32. Another thing to note is that you'll want t...

Flesh universe and spider cave it is. In addition to that, would other jazz-related genres be allowed, like blues? Also, what the copyright situation with these songs?Rumia29 wrote:When you say jazz, what kind of jazz are you talking about? Since there's quite a bit of different styles of jazz.

Re: How satisifed are you with NTstation/Nanobus?
8/10, /NT/station is filled with great contributors, great players, and absolutely horrible great ideas. The only problem I have is that some larger PRs are not tested properly, leading to Artyom's reputation as the "buggy server". Other than that, Nanobus gets a thumbs up from me!

I have a minor, or somewhat anyway, suggestion. What would people say to a relook at SS13's (Or at least our) lore? Not a overhaul in terms that would require a rewrite of all in game lore references. But more of a remaking of the back story that maintains consistency with what we have in game, but...

Mods, please move this thread to the /NT/station coding subforum. Thanks!
EDIT: In regards to the actual nerf, I approve. Parapen+C4 is bad in my opinion, and this nerf is a good balancing factor for an almost guaranteed kill.

I was working on making the QM a bit more important, by giving him a new traitor objective (optical material scanners), a trucker hat, and a cool coat, but I kinda lost interest. I support this idea wholeheartedly, though. The HoP should be Human Resources, not a glorified foreman.
