Re: Security policy: lethal force wording
Do we want security to murder everyone who does anything they think they can classify as "potentially lethal". I far prefer the second rule and I play sec a lot. I'll go for non-lethal + handcuffs in almost all situations anyway. I also see the "Lethal force is not allowed on appropri...

Re: spiritofrevenge, attacking sec, lying to admins about si
Stuns are classed OOCly as lethal force because they disable you for so long you're vulnerable to get murdered by them or a passerby, or cuffed which is then a permanent stun. It is part of the security policy in the rules that security can meet any lethal force, including stuns, with lethal force....

Re: Removing the Head of Personnel
I haven't had a chance to poke at the Head's consoles yet... but my understanding is they can grant or remove access within their area, but cannot be used for job changes. So if a Scientist wants to join sec, the HoS could give that scientist some sec access, but they would still be listed as a scie...

Re: General Admin Rule Enforcement
While I agree some of the things he mentions are not correct (such as the reading erotica as has been thoroughly explained now) I do agree with his view that most of those rules are not being followed and would find this thread far more interesting if it wasn't everyone bashing him or being dismissi...

Re: Boris Pepper, Randy Savage, Goddard Quirin - Mutiny
Wow. It looks like there's an admin who behaves like a total shitter while playing greytide. Also, you shouldn't be executing people willy-nilly as captain. That tends to cause mutinies. It's simple logic-- if the crew believes that you won't respect their lives (that you're going to kill them if t...
