Heads of Staff and Rev Heads should be viewed as bosses requiring planning and some teamwork to take down. Not some random 1v1 encounter in maint while scavenging 30 minutes into the round.

If a person dies due to another players actions, and they are not revived after 10 minutes, they can choose to haunt the responsible party for their death, making their ghost visible to them and audible, allowing them to spend the rest of the round moaning and annoying them.

If AI/Borg is severely damaged but not dead, or goes too long without being repaired, give a chance for laws to be corrupted causing a legit (though not always lethal) malfunction with letter, words or even entire laws being swapped out in ad libs manner.
