lol ss14 has a rule against discussing your ban in their discord.

timber won the player vote with admin votes filtered out, but lost the player vote when filtered for activity, reminding us all that coders never play.

It is intentional that this config is not protected from admins editing it by vving the config controller. (somebody some time long ago re-protected it. I just removed that)

Rule 0 allows admins to do so and face the consequences.
