The only other server I've played is Goon. Its alright, and I like a lot of the job-related traitor items, but it lags (more than usual) now for me (possibly due to the now euro-based primary server). Features like limb-loss and its gas system are really nice but other things are half-baked/neutered...

Additional objectives for traitors that by nature can't be tracked and are just there to encourage them to antag in an interesting way/give them an alternative if they don't like or care about getting greentext for their primary.

Make the voice changer a mic system that can be placed in any (maybe make it impossible to remove the bug for balance's sake). If Sec suspects you of having traitor gear they'll test for everything half the time so this just protects against the gasmask=suspicious meta.
