The PANDEMIC machine should be upgradable by research so that you can see the exact stats of diseases as well as see viruses with higher stealth in the machine.

The problem with RP on Basil, atleast from what I've seen, is if you try to do it you MAY actually get some interesting RP, but if you don't get that, you'll get shot by a gas masked assistant as you're trying to type. (If it wasn't obvious that's hyperbole, but I think I got my point across)
