You can water down plasma to make it last longer for viruses/xenobio. The bigger the energy cell, the more fun produced if you fill it with plasma. Reflecting projectiles to sender is not an issue, however, so silver windows would be doable.
Another fun thing to do with mirrored glass is to make it opaque (it's a mirror duh) and when you examine it it should just make you examine yourself.

I agree on the random chance on butcher. As for non-humanity, you can implant yourself with enough xeno organs that you can do what the three castes can do at the same time, and still look and be human, so i'm not sure if non-humanizing makes sense here.

Having a compilation of secret maint rooms would be nice, since they can add a lot to antag rounds if people know about them. For example, once i knew about the secret surgery room i started using surgery gimmicks like implanting bombs into people, but it took me a while before i even noticed it.

Megafauna has 2500 health, lasers do 20 burn damage and have 10 shots, which means you have to get 13 full charges worth of shots, implying you hit all of them, WITHOUT the burn resistance. I don't think megafauna needs it tbh.

Fun fact, flashbangs stun through protection if they explode in the same tile of someone. So if a sec officer is cheeky and follows you with flashbang in hand he's gonna get stunned for longer than you.

Lavaland bosses are specifically balanced for being in lavaland, and have 50% burn resistance to discourage miners shooting them from offscreen with lasers. And yet i get revived at most one time in ten, getting to zero in lowpop since it's guaranteed that there's no medical staff. Rezadone and autoscanners are not there roundstart nor are made every round.

Transforming is already useful enough to not need an incentive to use, really. The only issue with it is that you've got to strip yourself naked to get the most out of it (flesh clothes), but when you do you can just do any noticeable crime and then, well, be someone else when sec gets there.

Shield generators, the kind that spawn in the teleporter room/xenobio, can contain a singulo like field generators. If some madman wants to set up a singulo in the bar or the bridge, this way it won't shock people.

You can right-click an RCD to set the access and color of airlocks and if they're with glass or not. You can also swap from normal to reinforced windows.
