Its overly easy to do anything, trators get basically easymode due to a cooperative tater HoP, it dosent make sense from a lore standpoint (this is the second in command for heaven sakes!) and in general sounds like a good idea to restrict it. Honestly, I donot like the idea of presets. Perhaps some preloaded chem implanters could be kept in the armory, but presets dont make much sense to me.

Also, there are allready explosive implants. Now we just need to be able to remote detonate them, say from the PDA blower chip.
