Re: Reevaluate cult on manuel, specifically, it's rarity and if it should even be enabled
The issue isn't the game mode, it's the fact that players get too competitive and that people think doing fuck all with their metaclique constitutes the only legitimate form of roleplay. Players need to be more flexible with who and in what situations they roleplay. Security and culties need to stop...

Re: Affirmative Politics, or why Canada should sell land to the Japanese
I get the basic premise that japan utilizes land well, and reducing shipping costs to trade with japan is good aswell, but there's a few key issues here. First of all, asset sales on a national level are almost always an awful idea if your country is in a position to develop the region themselves, w...

I can't tell if you're being facetious or not, the chain of command doesn't apply to silicons in any traditional sense, and certainly not if a non-human is involved. https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Chain_of_Command Take your fantasy headcanon "silicons have dignity and autonomy" elsewhere, p...

Y'all are calling the pants removal sexual, while the banned player claims it was just to confirm the lack of undies. Clearly there was no interest in the contents of the undies since the pants went back on when the lack of undies was confirmed. But I suppose manuel players dont like snuggly cats. ...

Admins should make an effort to be transparent and communicative through the appeal process, shit like "go get an endorsement from another server" then two years later saying "oh, wrong server" is scummy goalpost moving. That kind of practice is how you go from a fair community w...

If an admin is going to tell you to get a recommendation from another server, they shouldn't then tell you, a year later that the endorsement you got was from the wrong server, you're setting up someone to fail.

I think racism happens plenty but there's big differences in how it can be expressed rpwise. It's very common for species to complain about each other to a member of the same species, but being blatantly racist to someone's face causes alot more drama, and probably escalates to violence. Simple thin...

Cringe. The best parts of sec are when you come up with unique punishments for criminals. One round sec caught a moth with tator gear and some guys brain in his bag. [MRP] Separate and less optional Space Law Section for Security
Within MRP currently we have roleplay rules 3 ( if you're in Security, you're expected to put in some effort and do your job) and 6 (When dealing with the crew and antagonists, make sure their punishments are in proportion to their crimes) which impact how Security should be played. An issue I've ru...
