RG4 with random deflection there is always a chance the teams you proscribe will do next to nothing. I have not complained about stunning mech weaponry of which I am fully aware. The silver bullet design of the ion rifle vs mechs frankly reminds me of thermals vs cloakers which is an atrocious state...

Random armour deflection on combat mechs is atrocious. Important difference is that unlike someone spamming porn 24/7 killing pets is a precise, quick act and unless they explicitly are trying to get killed they might actually contribute after they do so.

If an antag tricks you into gibbing / cremating someone that is fine. It is fine to be tricked, sadly certain changes (terbs bloody speech bubbles) mean trickery is rare.

What if someone just dies near one of those locations while the appropriate worker is not looking? The onus should be on the cremator/gibber since accidents and bad positioning happen.

If I am playing security I am annoyed at pet validers whenever I encounter them.

If blob could communicate with the crew telepathically, even if just to taunt them, I think blob would be significantly improved.
I mean the blob in between spending resources has a lot of downtime and heaven knows the crew needs some insults to motivate them.

I personally see rev as a round beautiful in its simplicity. Use your flash or implant people have a huge brawl done. I don't think it is such a great idea. Basically traitors looting at round start isn't much of a problem in my eyes, oh no my inanimate object and red text how round ruining! If you want to catch them spend less time playing dress up or follow the evidence they might leave behind in their haste.

I do hope that was a joke because I have literally never read a worse balance idea. The new blob originally could not expand into space and that had to be changed after rampant abuse. I think the head of fighting deserves to not be made of fiber glass. You can beat them to death it just takes a strip down or dogged determination. Most bullets have self contained oxygen in the saltpeter in the gunpowder launching them. Space would stuff up less guns that say filling them with water, black powder weapons needing to a lit fuse wouldn't work stuff like old cannons. If atmos techs had an uninhabited area to test explosives I wouldn't mind. As is if they even test their products they will be detonating atmos or maint so I don't see why anyone would let them drag canisters primed with an explosive mix around.

The mining drone requires weld repairs after tanking copious damage from mining mobs. It can't really be dragged away from an ongoing fight since being attacked agros it and unlike most bots it lacks an off mode.

If they are just farming points the qm , hop or one miner can do the hauling.
Research could lure them with non mining gear, since that stuff still has a point. I think the resonator is too good a mining tool and breaks the old research mining interaction but oh well.
